Therapy is an invitation—a place to remember what’s authentic, shed what no longer fits, and come home to yourself. I support adults and young adults who are moving through the complexities of life: from trauma and identity shifts to eco-grief, burnout, or that quiet sense that something needs to change.

In the midst of performing, coping, and caretaking, many of us lose touch with our inner world. We adapt to survive, but over time those strategies can leave us anxious, burnt out, disconnected, or unsure of who we really are.

I offer therapy that is relational, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, body-aware, and firmly grounded in anti-oppressive, intersectional principles. My work is rooted in the belief that your inner wisdom, when supported and witnessed, can lead to powerful transformation.

I bring extensive training and experience in eating disorder treatment and recovery, and practice from a Health at Every Size (HAES)® framework. I strive to create an affirming space for folks who identify in the 2SLGBTQIA+ continuum, and individuals existing at the intersection of systemically excluded identities.

My style is warm, collaborative, and process-oriented. I weave in somatic practices, parts work, EMDR, mindfulness, and ecotherapy when helpful—always at your pace, and always centered on your unique process.
