Focused support for what's in front of you right now.
Why Single Session Therapy?
Maybe you're facing a decision and want an unbiased sounding board. Maybe something happened this week that you need to process now. Maybe you're curious about therapy but aren't ready to start an ongoing therapeutic journey.
Single Session Therapy is one focused session—60, 75, or 90 minutes—treated as a complete piece of work in itself. We stay close to what's most alive for you right now: the decision, the situation, the question you can't stop turning over. You leave with clarity, a next step, and a felt sense that you're more resourced than you thought.
This isn't about tracing things back to their roots or building a long-term treatment plan. It's about making the most of the time we have.
This Might Be a Fit If You're
-
Facing a decision, transition, or crossroads
-
Moving through a breakup, conflict, or rupture
-
Curious about therapy but not ready for a weekly commitment
-
Looking for an outside, non-judgmental perspective
A NOTE
Single-session therapy isn't a substitute for ongoing care. If you're navigating complex trauma, a longstanding condition, or something that needs sustained attention, we'll talk honestly about that—including whether shifting into ongoing individual or couples+ work together makes sense.
If you'd like to come back for another single session later, that's always welcome too.
