I believe many of the patterns that cause us pain — anxiety, self-criticism, perfectionism, people-pleasing, disconnection — are ways our systems have learned to survive and adapt to difficult experiences.
Rather than pathologizing what feels hard, I stay curious about what happened to you — and what helped you adapt and survive it.
As an ecotherapist, I often bring the therapeutic process outdoors, inviting nature and the more-than-human world into our sessions. My own lived experience continues to shape how I show up in the room, guided by values of inclusivity, community care, and collective liberation.
I believe healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about reclaiming the lost, hidden, or disconnected parts of ourselves, and learning to live in greater alignment with who we already are.

My Approach to Therapy
